UK delivery

We currently dispatch orders from the United Kingdom to UK delivery addresses. Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order processing

Orders are prepared at our Coventry location. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking information when available.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or an incomplete address. Unless a different time has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable UK law.

Address problems and delays

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible at service@bluebamboodreams.co.uk. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Missing or damaged parcels

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
